Note: USB and RTC wakeup events are available only with BIOS from 21-Jul-2009 or

later.

In order to enable wake on USB keyboard / mouse in Windows XP, do the following:

• Open REGEDIT

• Create a new key called HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\USB

• Create a new DWORD value HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\USB\USBBIOSx and

set it to 00000000

• Restart the computer

The Power management TAB in HID should be available - check “bringing device out of

the standby” option.
